Where to Go to See Fireworks on 4th!
The long holiday weekend is finally here and we all get to pause and relax. Fireworks on the 4th is so much fun for so many and with school being out is the unofficial start to the summer!
Although the show has been cancelled in Baltimore City, there is no shortage of other firework displays to enjoy. This year many are on Saturday 7/3, and there are even a few on Monday the 5th. Here are just a few to choose from. To get more details on each location, just click the link.
SATURDAY 7/3
Catonsville
Dundalk — Parade
Fireworks scheduled on July 5,
Pikesville – 9:30 p.m. Fireworks will take place at the Woodholme Country Club
Timonium – 9:40 p.m. Fireworks will take place at the Mays Chapel—Five Farms Golf Course
Towson — 10:30 am – Parade, no fireworks.
Rooftop Mixer and Salsa (w/ Nats Fireworks) @Homewood Suites DC Capitol Navy Yard
SUNDAY 7/4
Columbia Waterfront
4th of July In BelAir
Fireworks on the National Mall In DC
The National Park Service recommends these spots for good fireworks viewing:
- President’s Park
- The U.S. Marine Corps War Memorial and Netherlands Carillon
- Columbia Island/Lyndon Baines Johnson Memorial Grove
- Gravelly Point (north of Reagan National Airport)
- Washington Sailing Marina at Daingerfield Island
