Fogo De Chao

I have been wanting to visit this restaurant for a while and when my Aunt and her

Husband came to visit, it was the perfect opportunity to take them here for their

anniversary dinner.

Aunty & Husband! (lol his nickname is husband)

This is truly a wonderful dining experience with all the great choices of meats available.

This style of cooking meats is common throughout Southern Brazil and now practiced

in churrascarias throughout the world, churrasco embodies a unique Brazilian tradition

of cooking over charcoals and open flames.

How it works is that you get a chip that is red on one side and green on the other. When

you would like a sample of the meat that is at the table, you would turn your chip to

green, had enough?  turn to red to stop. Repeat as necessary!

There is also the Market table which is a variety of dishes that are inspired by Brazilian

farmlands & recipes of  Southern Brazilian cuisine. I particularly enjoyed the side

dishes of garlic mashed potatoes, fried polenta and caramelized bananas.

Don’t forget to leave room for desert!
