Prior to contacting a lender it is helpful to have the following data ready for your application:

• Name address and social security number of each applicant

• Name address and phone number of your current landlord or mortgage company

• Gross monthly income (base commission and bonus individually)

• Employment information for 2 years

• Other income (child support, alimony, retirement, social security, interest income)

• Source of down payment and closing costs

• Bank name and approximate balance

• Value of assets (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, etc,)

• Net worth of businesses owned (if applicable)

• Credit card and installments loans details (student loans)

• Info on any other properties owned including investments, vacation homes, etc.

• Alimony / child support payments (if applicable)
