As part of the Baltimore Living series, we are featuring Mt. Washington, a neighborhood in Northwest Baltimore City. This Neighborhood is a designated city historic district and divided into two sections: South Road/Sulgrave to the Southeast and Dixon’s Hill to the North. There are tons of reasons to love Mt.
